Braintree Update - NET SDK - PPL - 1000

If a customer is using braintree payments, they must use the latest SDK

We have upgraded our Braintree SDK to the latest version of v5.14.0.

This is to comply with Braintree deprecating any version lower than this as from 28th February 2023.  This new version also includes security enhancements.

Central Reservations - Adding Tasks / Actions- PPL-906

Events Host - Bookings

To create a task, users can click on the 'New task' button as shown below:

A pop up will then appear, where the user can configure parameters as shown below:

Type of Task (Mandatory)

  • Item (Mandatory)

  • Add more details or notes (Optional)

  • Due Date (Mandatory)

The user can also mark the tasks as 'done'.

 

Once a task has been created, a list view of all tasks will be displayed on the task main page as shown below, here users may edit, delete, or mark tasks as 'done':

(If a tasks is deleted, it will be removed from the task list view, but there will be a log in the booking audit history)

Events Host - Enquiries Beta

They are displayed as:

  • (Icon), Type of Task

  • Due date of Task

If there are multiple pending tasks for a booking/enquiry:

  • The pending tasks with the earliest due date is displayed.

  • Additional tasks are displayed in the bracket format (e.g., +1, +2, +3…)

  • Users can use the calendar date picker filter to search by task due date.

     

On print, all pending tasks are displayed:

The tasks column has also been added to Export CSV.

Enquiries Beta (Booking Lists) - Add Booking Reference - PPL - 974

There will be a new column in the enquiries beta table for booking reference, which will also be shown in a CSV export.

 

Ability to set Turn Times for Areas in TMS/Events (Part 1 of 2)

Part 1 of this feature will move Turn Time config from Tables to Events. Part 2 will introduce Time Time by Area.

Central Reservations Invoicing - Events Admin - (Part 1 of 4)
